Scripting Aloud! Holiday Edition Monday, December 16: Reading+Social

It’s beginning to look a lot like…the last reading of the year PLUS a Holiday Social! Hilarity ensues at our staged reading Monday, December 16 of NETWERQ [Ep. 1-4. 9, 13], an original web series (comedy) written by Alesandria Mentari, story by Alesandria Mentari and Alison ChangFestivities follow, at our annual Holiday Social right after the reading at Juniper (a block away from reading venue), with comp appies and door prize(s)!

Just want to watch and listen? Audience always welcome – the writers need your feedback!

Local creators in attendance. Reader casting on the day from 5:30 pm (arrive early/on time!). Script reading from 6:15 pm.  $5 at the door, cash only (includes $2 Membership* good through the Sep 2019-May 2020 season + Holiday Social with comp appies/door prize entry).

DOORS/CASTING: 5:30 pm
READING/Q&A: 6:15 pm – 7:30 pm
SOCIAL: From 7:30 pm (at different venue, see below)

SOCIAL VENUE: Juniper, 185 Keefer St. (at Main), Vancouver. Comp appies, cash bar, door prizes!

READING VENUE: BC Artscape, Suite 308 (3rd Flr), 268 Keefer Street, Vancouver (between Main and Gore, where Hon’s Chinatown used to be). Elevator access to 3rd floor from street entrance/lobby on Keefer. Street parking and parkades adjacent. (Note: The Impark Parkade in the building closes at 7 pm and after that your vehicle will be locked in for the night.)

ACTORS: Reader casting starts from 5:30 pm, performers please arrive for then if you’d like to be considered. You’re welcome to bring a headshot/resume (reclaim at end of event).
