Scripting Aloud returns for its second season on a special (read: different) day and time: Monday, September 30, with an Annual General Meeting followed by a reading of TALES OF THE EASTSIDE LANTERN — an original one-act dramatic musical for the stage, script and lyrics by Shon Wong. How will this play out (pun intended)?
Local creator in attendance. Doors at 5:00 pm. AGM at 5:30 pm. Reader casting on the day from 6:00 pm. Script reading from 6:45 pm followed by Q&A. $2 Membership* at the door, cash only (good through the 2019-2020 season).
Cross-cultural scripts and writers — for our cross-cultural community, and a borderless audience. If this is your reality (or you want it to be), this event is for you!
*Scripting Aloud is a registered BC non-profit, producing script development and live staged reading events for 19+ attendees (same idea as film festival society membership fees)
