Scripting Aloud! Mon Aug 26: AGM

Join us for our Annual General Meeting on Monday, August 26! This season, Scripting Aloud will be back to reading live, in-person, with local creators in attendance.

AGM AGENDA

DATE: Monday, August 26

TIME: 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm

VENUE: Cafe at Urban Fare, 177 Davie Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2V4 (Google Maps

There is an annual $2 Membership*** fee to attend.

  1. Welcome and land acknowledgement
    • Elect chair, if necessary
    • Determine that there is a quorum
  2. Approve the agenda
    • Amend agenda if/as applicable
  3. Approve the minutes from the last annual general meeting
    • Deal with unfinished business from the last annual general meeting, if/as applicable
  4. Receive directors’ reports
    • On the financial statements of the Society for the previous financial year
    • Any other reports of directors’ activities and decisions since the
      previous annual general meeting
  5. Elect or appoint directors
  6. Deal with new business, if/as applicable
  7. Conclude the meeting
