VENUE: Cafe at Urban Fare, 177 Davie Street, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2V4 (Google Maps)
There is an annual $2 Membership*** fee to attend.
- Welcome and land acknowledgement
- Elect chair, if necessary
- Determine that there is a quorum
- Approve the agenda
- Amend agenda if/as applicable
- Approve the minutes from the last annual general meeting
- Deal with unfinished business from the last annual general meeting, if/as applicable
- Receive directors’ reports
- On the financial statements of the Society for the previous financial year
- Any other reports of directors’ activities and decisions since the
previous annual general meeting
- Elect or appoint directors
- Deal with new business, if/as applicable
- Conclude the meeting
